摘要
文章以研发HXD1G型八轴交流传动快速客运电力机车为契机,在EN 15227标准分析的基础上设计一款高安全性排障器,并开展有限元计算以指导后续的系统试验。仿真分析与试验结果都表明:排障器中心线能够承载300 kN压缩载荷,其距中心线750 mm的区域能够承受250 kN的压缩载荷,排障器结构强度满足EN 15227的要求。
In this paper,a cowcatcher with hight security is provided by taking the opportunity of developing the type HXD1 G eight-axle AC drive fast passenger electric locomotive and analyzing the requirements of EN 15227.The finite element calculation is performed to guide the subsequent system tests.Both the simulation results and the test results show that the cowcahtcer can withstand 300 kN compressive load while the load is applied to the center line of cowcather,and the cowcatcher also can withstand 250 kN compresssive load while the load is acted on the 750 mm lateral distance from the center line.The structural strength of cowcatcher can meet the requirements of EN 15227.
