Optimization of installation process for EMU cab console

文章针对动车组司机室操纵台在安装过程中出现的重难点问题,进行了安装工艺难点分析,并从结构设计、装配基准、工序流程和工艺方法等四个方面提出了优化方案,使操纵台安装更加标准化,提高了作业质量,为后续操纵台的安装提供工艺方法和支撑。

This paper analyzes the difficulties of installation process according to the main problems during the EMU cab console installing,and proposes the optimization scheme from structure design,assembly benchmark,process flow and technique.The optimization scheme makes the console installation more standardized,and improves the working quality.It provides techniques and supports for subsequent console installation.
