摘要
对典型重载货运机车侧梁结构和焊缝进行分析,制定侧梁自动焊系统配置方案,得到了符合人体工程学的侧梁双工位自动焊系统。对侧梁自动焊工艺进行研究,解决了机械手焊接不可达的问题,使工件在不脱胎的情况下实现了侧梁内部和外部焊缝的自动化焊接。
This paper analyzes the structure and weld seams of side beam for typical heavy-duty freight locomotive,and makes the configuration scheme of automatic welding system for side beam.The automatic welding system of side beam with two stations that accord with ergonomics is obtained.By studying the automatic welding technology of side beam,the question that robot cannot reach the workpiece is solved.Automatic welding of inner and external seams for side beam is realized at the time that the workpiece does not leave the equipment.
