摘要
文章分别通过手工打磨抛光、平顶光激光清洗和高斯光激光清洗对高铁列车用6005A铝合金型材进行氧化膜清洗,并对去氧化膜后的效果进行对比,采用扫描电子显微镜及其自带能谱仪对清洗后区域进行微观形貌观察和化学元素分析。结果表明,平顶光激光清洗和高斯光激光清洗均可达到手工打磨的效果,激光清洗可替代手工打磨抛光。
In this paper,the 6005 A aluminum alloy profiles for high speed train are cleaned by hand polishing,flat-top laser cleaning and gaussian laser cleaning.The cleaning effects of three methods are compared.Then the scanning electron microscope and its own energy spectrometer are used to observe the micro-morphology and analyze the chemical elements of cleaned area.The results show that both of flat-top laser cleaning and gaussian laser cleaning can achieve the effect of hand polishing,and it is feasible for laser cleaning to replace hand polishing.
