国内外旅游公共服务研究比较与展望

Comparison and Prospect of Domestic and Foreign Tourism Public Service

旅游公共服务是旅游活动高效运转、旅游产业转型升级的内在要求。本文基于“Web of Science核心合集”数据库和“中国知网CNKI”数据库,对旅游公共服务的国内外研究成果进行比较分析。结果表明:国外旅游公共服务研究起步早,发文数量总体呈现逐年增加态势,Sustainability,Journal of Sustainable Tourism和Ocean Coastal Management是主要文献来源期刊,包括游客服务满意度评价、旅游公共交通服务、旅游公共信息服务和旅游安全保障服务四个方面的内容;国内旅游公共服务研究起步晚,发文数量呈现波动增加,《旅游学刊》是主要文献来源期刊,包括旅游公共服务的内涵界定、体系构建、供给机制和质量分析四个方面的内容。

Tourism public service is the inherent requirement of efficient operation of tourism activities,and transformation and upgrading of tourism industry.Based on the“web of science core collection”database and the“CNKI”database,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign research results of tourism public service.The results are as follows.The foreign research of tourism public service starts early,and the total number of published papers has increased year by year.Sustainability,Journal of Sustainable Tourism and Ocean Coastal Management are the main literature source journals,and its content includes four aspects:tourist service satisfaction evaluation,tourism public transport service,tourism public information service and tourism safety assurance service.The domestic research of tourism public service starts late,and the number of published papers has shown an increase in fluctuation.Tourism Tribune is the main literature source journal,and its content concerns four aspects of tourism public service:connotation definition,system construction,supply mechanism and quality analysis.
