摘要
作为一种独特的专业能力结构系统,教师家教指导能力有其相应的运行机理。通过对教师家教指导力内在组成的"五种能力"要素分析,同时对教师家教指导力与其他专业能力交互作用进行分析,可以探明教师家教指导力的运行机理。
As a unique system of professional competence structure,teachers’guiding competence of family education has its corresponding operating mechanism.This paper analyzes the five kinds of competence and the interactive roles between the guiding competence and other professional competence,finally clarifying the operating mechanism for such competence.
