Educational understanding has the values of consolidating the foundation,highlighting the subjectivity,and promoting the era changes of teacher professional development.Current misunderstanding of education has brought about such problems as stressing professionalism while neglecting development,stressing external cramming while neglecting internal generation,stressing theory while neglecting practice,and stressing the disciplinary nature while neglecting the educational nature.To fulfill professional development,teachers need to understand conflicting educational relationships,realistic educational habits,limits of educational freedom,and actual future education.
