摘要 教育理解具有夯实教师专业发展的基础、凸显教师专业发展的主体性、促进教师专业发展的时代转向的价值。由于教育理解存在偏差,当前教师专业发展存在强调专业性忽视发展性、强调填筑式忽视内生式、强调理论性忽视实践性、强调学科性忽视教育性等问题。实现专业发展,需要教师理解冲突的教育关系、现实的教育习惯、教育自由的限度、真实的未来教育。 Educational understanding has the values of consolidating the foundation,highlighting the subjectivity,and promoting the era changes of teacher professional development.Current misunderstanding of education has brought about such problems as stressing professionalism while neglecting development,stressing external cramming while neglecting internal generation,stressing theory while neglecting practice,and stressing the disciplinary nature while neglecting the educational nature.To fulfill professional development,teachers need to understand conflicting educational relationships,realistic educational habits,limits of educational freedom,and actual future education.
