摘要
"引人入胜"幸福课堂的实践研究指向学校课堂教学的根本性变革,核心在于凸显学生主体地位,通过凝练学校百年办学特色,打破传统课堂教学生态,在遵循儿童自身认知基质的基础上,打造柔性扁平的组织形态,创建融合学习的教学模式,实现从知识建构向生命成长的有效过渡、从知本到智本的自然超越以及文化传承与发展的明确目标。
Practical research on fascinating happy classroom is aimed at the fundamental reform of school classroom teaching,the core of which is to highlight students’principal status.Through refining the characteristics of running schools for one hundred years,we have broken the ecology of traditional classroom teaching to create flexible and flat patterns of organization based on children’s own cognition.Meanwhile,we have constructed the teaching models of integrated learning so that we can effectively realize the clear goals of changing from knowledge construction to life growth,transcending from knowledge to wisdom,and inheriting and developing our culture.
