议题式教学困境的破解之道 被引量:4

摘要 随着新课改的推进,高中思政课教学似乎有"教必用议题"的倾向,议题式教学俨然代表了高中思政课教学范式的变革方向。然而,常态课中的议题式教学却面临"叫好不叫座"的窘境。这与议题式教学作为全新的教学方式在短时间内难以被教师系统掌握、准确吃透有关,也受与议题式教学匹配的新教材尚未全面到位、教师在议题式教学过程中投入与产出的不相匹配影响。破解议题式教学困境,我们需要:提高一线教师的政治站位,提升他们投身议题式教学改革的自觉性;强化学校领导的责任意识,基于党政力量齐抓共管积极推进;优化教师研训,提升教师议题式教学素养的整体水平;瞄准素养考核,发挥评价的导向作用。 With the advancement of new curriculum reform,senior middle school ideological and political teaching appears to have a tendency of"no teaching without topics",and it seems as if the teaching tendency could represent the innovative direction.Yet the daily teaching faces the dilemma of"being recognized by teachers while difficult to be implemented in practice",which is caused by the reasons that teachers can’t master it systematically and digest it accurately in a short period of time for its completely new teaching styles,that the new teaching materials have not been thoroughly deployed,and that teachers’involvement can’t match their gains.To solve the dilemma,we need to improve the political status of the frontline teachers and to raise their awareness of teaching reform;we need to strengthen the awareness of school leaders’responsibility and to work together with the party members for further advancement;we need to optimize teacher research and training to improve their overall levels;and we need to aim at the ratings of accomplishments to express the guiding role of evaluation.
