离子交换高效液相色谱法测定婴幼儿奶粉中的核苷酸
Determination of nucleotides in infant milk powder by ion exchange high performance liquid chromatography

本研究运用离子交换高效液相色谱法对婴幼儿奶粉中的5种核苷酸进行了同时测定,结果表明,5种待测核苷酸在各自的浓度测定范围内线性关系良好(相关系数R2>0.999),方法检出限为0.9~2.0mg/kg,加标回收率为78.2%~113.4%,相对标准偏差小于5%。因此得出结论,该方法灵敏度高、定性干扰少、定量准确,可满足对婴幼儿奶粉中核苷酸检测的要求。
