摘要 LPG储罐是LPG回收模块的重要设备,结合压力容器建造规范与IGC规则中C型独立液货舱的设计方法,采用规则设计与有限元校核结合的方式,对浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO)上LPG储罐及其支承结构进行了强度设计。计算模型共有6个工况,综合考虑了设计压力、液体动压力、晃荡载荷、风载荷、船体运动载荷、船体倾角、爆炸载荷、碰撞载荷。根据计算结果,对储罐壳体、加强环,支承结构自身,支承结构与下部模块的焊缝进行校核,可为FPSO上LPG储罐的设计提供参考。 LPG storage tank is an important equipment of LPG recovery module.The strength design of LPG storage tank and support structure on the floating production storage and offloading device(FPSO)was carried out in combination with pressure vessel construction codes and design method of independent type C liquid cargo tank in IGC rules and by combining design rules with finite element check.There were 6 load cases in the calculation model,which have comprehensively considered the design pressure,hydrodynamic pressure,sloshing load,wind load,ship motion load,roll and pitch angle of ship,blast load and collision load.According to the calculation results,the tank shell,stiffening ring,support structure itself and the weld between support and bottom module were checked respectively,which can provide a reference case for the design of LPG storage tank in FPSO.
