摘要 为了方便管理者和监管部门对施工设备、施工环境进行监管,确保施工过程安全有序良好进行。设计了施工现场智能监测系统,采用4G/3G/2G自适应DTU组网方式,配合多种监测终端,将多种施工设备的安全监测结果和施工现场的施工环境信息接入监管部门统一的监测平台上。具体以施工升降机监测终端设计为例,给出了硬件设计方案和各主要模块的软件设计流程。可实时监控施工升降机工作状态,并给出语音提示,以减少安全隐患。 In order to facilitate managers and regulators to monitor construction equipment and construction environment,to ensure construction process is safe and orderly and good.This paper designs an intelligent monitoring system to construction site,uses 4G/3G/2G adaptive DTU network mode,with a variety of monitoring terminal,the safety monitoring results of construction equipment and environment information of construction site is access to unified monitoring platform of supervision department.Using construction hoist monitoring terminal design as an example,the hardware design and software design process of the main modules are given.It can real-time monitor construction hoist working state,and give the voice prompt,to reduce the security hidden danger.
