五味子地下茎不同处理方法对植株生长发育的影响

Effects of Different Treatments of Schisandra chinensis Underground Stems on Plant Growth and Development

以2年生五味子优系‘早红’组培植株为试材,对地下茎实施3种不同的处理方法,分析五味子地下茎不同处理方法对植株生长量、营养物质积累、翌年萌芽率以及雌花分化比率和坐果率等的影响。结果表明,地下茎去除可促进地上部的营养生长;地下茎作为营养物质的贮藏器官,保留部分地下茎有利于提高植株的萌芽率,但较多的地下茎会影响五味子植株的花芽分化质量,降低雌花分化比率;适当保留地下茎有利于休眠期植株的营养贮藏,提高翌年的植株萌芽率,保障较好的花芽分化质量,提高坐果率。本研究可为五味子高效生产提供理论指导。

Using two-year-old Schisandra chinensis superior line'Zaohong'tissue culture plants as test materials,three different treatments were performed on the underground stems.Effects of different treatments of Schisandra underground stems on plant growth,nutrient accu-mulation,germination rate in the following year,female flower differentiation ratio and fruit set rate were studied.The results showed that the removal of underground stems could promote vegetative growth above ground,and as storage organs for nutrients,some underground stems was helpful to improve the germination rate of plants.Proper retention of underground stems was conducive to the nutritional storage of plants in dormant stage,can improve the germination rate of plants in the following year,ensure better quality of flower bud differentiation,and can improve fruit set rate.The research results provide theoretical guidance for the efficient production of Schisandra chinensis.
