一点红质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standard of Emilia Sonchifolia(L.)DC.

本研究建立了一点红的质量标准,确定了一点红的显微特征;通过TLC法能清晰显示一点红药材特征斑点;12批一点红中水分含量平均值为10.9%;总灰分含量平均值为10.5%;酸不溶性灰分含量平均值为1.3%;水溶性浸出物含量平均值为15.4%;醇溶性浸出物含量平均值为15.4%;采用高效液相色谱法检测绿原酸含量,绿原酸在0.044 8~0.896 0 g内呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.27%。该方法准确可信,操作简便可行,可为一点红药材的质量控制提供理论依据。

This study established the quality standard of Emilia sonchifolia(L.)DC.,and identified the microscopic features of E.sonchifolia;the characteristic spots of E.sonchifolia was identified by TLC;the average contents of water,total ash,acid insoluble ash,water soluble extract and alcohol soluble extract were 10.9%,10.5%,1.3%,15.4%and 15.4%respectively in 12 batches of E.sonchifolia samples;The content of chlorogenic acid was identified by high performence liquid chromatography.Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0448-0.8960 g(r2=0.9994)with the average recovery of 99.5%and RSD of 0.27%.This method is accurate and reliable,and operation is simple and feasible,which could provide a theoretical basis for the quality control of E.sonchifolia.
