分子蒸馏技术提取玫瑰精油及其成分分析 被引量:8

摘要 利用分子蒸馏技术对玫瑰精油进行分级拆分,并对经过三级蒸馏后的各组分进行系统研究。结果表明,上样1 556.00 g,回收率为95.87%,其中一级轻组分(DF1)占1.95%;二级轻组分(DF2)占64.46%;三级轻组分(DF3)占18.84%;三级重组分(RF3)占10.62%。玫瑰原油和各馏分物经过GC-MS分析后,确定29种化合物,主要为香茅醇、香叶醇、芳樟醇、橙花醇、苯乙醇、甲基丁香酚、乙酸香茅脂和金合欢烯等香气成分。本研究可为玫瑰原油进一步深加工利用提供科学依据。 Molecular distillation technology was used to separate rose essential oil,and the components after three-stage distillation were studied systematically.The results showed that the sample loading was 1556.00 g,the recovery rate was 95.87%,of which the first light component(DF1)accounted for 1.95%,the second light component(DF2)accounted for 64.46%,the third light component(DF3)accounted for 18.84%,and the third heavy component(RF3)accounted for 10.62%.After GC-MS analysis of rose crude oil and its fractions,29 kinds of compounds were identified,mainly including citronellol,geraniol,linalool,nerol,phenylethanol,methyleugenol,citronellol acetate,farnesene and other aroma components.This study can provide a scientific basis for further processing and utilization of rose crude oil.
