食用菌菌糠饲料化利用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 我国是世界第一大食用菌生产国,每年生产菌糠超过1 1011 kg,大部分菌糠都被作为废弃物直接丢弃或者焚烧处理,造成严重的环境污染和资源浪费。菌糠中含有大量的粗纤维、多糖等营养物质,将其适当加工处理可作为家畜良好的饲料来源。本文对食用菌菌糠饲料化综合利用现状进行了阐述,并探讨了菌糠利用中存在的主要问题,以期为食用菌菌糠饲料的开发提供理论参考。 China has become the largest producer of edible fungi in the world and produced more than 11011 kg of spent mushroom sub-strate every years.Most of them are discarded and burned,causing serious environmental pollution and resource waste.There are lots of nutrients such as crude fiber and polysaccharides in spent mushroom substrates,which can be used as a good feed source for livestock by proper processing..In this paper,we summarized the current situations of comprehensive utilization of spent mushroom substrates,and the main existing problems in the utilization of spent mushroom substrates were discussed,so as to provide theoretical references for the development of spent mushroom substrates as feed.
