摘要
灯盏花素为灯盏花药用部位提取物,主要成分为灯盏花乙素和灯盏花甲素,具有活血化瘀、通经活络、祛风除湿与消炎止痛等功效。本文针对近年来灯盏花素及其制剂在提取、纯化、鉴别、检查与含量测定等方面出现的新方法、新技术进行了归纳总结,以期为其质量控制和二次资源开发提供全面参考。
Breviscapine is an extract of the medicinal part of Erigeron breviscapus,which main components are scutellarin and breviscapine,have the functions of activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis,removing wind and dehumidification,relieving pain and inflammation.This article summarizes the new methods and technologies in the extraction,purification,identification,inspection and content determination of breviscapine in recent years,with a view to providing a comprehensive reference for its quality control and secondary development.
