学历继续教育中立德树人目标实现的路径研究

Research on the Path of Achieving Morality Cultivation in Academic Continuing Education

首先分析立德树人的具体含义和学历继续教育中存在的现实困境。在此基础上,从系统的角度充分考虑人的全面发展的各项需求,结合继续教育对象的特殊性,探索了如何构建立德树人的教育内容框架体系,提出了在继续教育中构筑起立德树人为目标的“一核两柱四边框”的教育内容体系。将学历继续教育对象的立德树人内容的外延拓宽,扩展到职场、家庭、生活各个方面。同时从教学内容设计、教学过程的组织以及管理服务如何实现育人功能等方面探索了学历继续教育中实现立德树人任务的具体路径。

Firstly,this paper analyzes the specific meaning of morality cultivation and the practical difficulties in continuing education.On this basis,considering the needs of human’s all-round development from the perspective of system,combined with the particularity of the object of continuing education,this paper explores how to construct the framework system of educational content of“one core,two pillars and four frames”in continuing education.We will expand the extension of the content of“Morality Cultivation”to all aspects of the workplace,family and life.At the same time,from the design of teaching content,the organization of teaching process and how to realize the educational function of management service,this paper explores the specific path to realize the task of moral cultivation in the continuing education of academic qualifications.
