摘要
从社会交换理论、社会行为生态理论、民俗方法论、符号互动论等社会学理论视角解析我国社区教育发展过程中产生个体阻抗的机理。从逻辑方面、心理方面、社会方面等三个层面分析了个体阻抗撬动社区民众对社区教育知晓度、学习力、内需力、自治力等内在动因的重要作用。社区民众的内在动因是社区教育可持续发展的强劲动力。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of individual impedance in the development of community education in China from the perspective of sociological theories such as social exchange theory,social behavior ecological theory,folk methodology,symbolic interaction theory and so on.From the aspects of logic,psychology and society,this paper analyzes the important role of individual impedance crowds in community education,such as awareness,learning ability,internal demand,autonomy and so on.The internal motivation of community people is a strong driving force for the sustainable development of community education.
