摘要
教师培训是指培训机构根据教师成长的内部规律和教育改革的需要,组织有针对性的有效活动,通过特定内容和方式促进教师专业发展的过程。教师培训的本体功能是促进教师专业发展。教师培训的内在机理是指在一定的系统结构中各要素的内在工作方式以及诸要素在一定环境条件下相互联系、相互作用的运行规则和原理,并且能最终达到实现教师培训的本体功能的目标。
Teacher training refers to the course intended to promote teachers’professional development using specific contents and methods and effective activities organized by cultivation organizations based on the inner law of teachers’growth and according to needs of education reform.The ontological function of teacher training is to promote the professional development of teachers.The internal mechanism of teacher training refers to internal working mode of each element in a certain system structure,and operating rules and principles of all elements interacting with each other under certain environmental conditions and the ultimate achievement of the goal of realizing the ontological function of teacher training.
