摘要
从感悟维度、创造维度和馈赠维度出发,寻觅高职教师幸福的教育管理策略,其打破了传统的高职教师管理常规模式,从关注高职教师个体幸福去挖掘高职教师的无限潜力,以建立彰显人本理念、以教师幸福为基的高职教师管理观,从而构建出管理施受双方间充满理解的一种创新管理模式,以有效实现高职教师的幸福,从而促进现代高职教育的健康发展。
Starting from angle of three dimensions of perception,creativeness and presentation,this article explores the administrative strategy for happy education to be adopted by teachers of higher vocational colleges.This strategy breaks the traditional management mode of teachers in higher vocational colleges and taps their infinite potentials by addressing individual happiness,so as to build management concepts manifesting teachers’happiness and founded on teacher’s happiness.Subsequently,it will construct an innovative management mode permeated with mutual understanding of givers and receivers to effectively realize the happiness of teachers in higher vocational colleges and then promote the healthy development of modern higher vocational education.
