供给理论视角下“双高”学校人才培养模式探究 被引量:5

摘要 随着国家的不断发展,我国的教育事业不断改革和进步,尤其是高校的教学质量受到了社会广大人民群众极大的重视,而高职院校教师的专业发展能力正是高校教育水平提升的关键。时代在不断更新,产业在不断进步,从供给理论来看,社会上对人才的需求更大了,要求也更高了,但是高校的供给还未跟上社会需求,所以我们必须通过加强高职院校教师的专业发展能力,集中力量建设一批引领改革、支撑发展、中国特色、世界水平的高职人才,进而引领职业教育服务国家战略、融入区域发展促进产业升级。文章首先对"双高"教育计划的主要内容进行了描述,随后对"双高"教育背景下高职院校教师专业发展的价值取向、逻辑基点和专业发展能力要素进行了分析,最后对今后高职院校教师的发展策略进行了简要的探讨,希望能够帮助我国教育更进一步发展。 With the continuous development of our country,the educational cause of our country has been constantly reformed and improved,especially the teaching quality of colleges and universities has been attached great importance by the masses of the society,and the professional development ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges is the key to the improvement of the educational level of colleges and universities.The times are constantly updating,and the industry is constantly improving.From the perspective of supply theory,the demand for talents in the society is greater and higher,but the supply of colleges and universities has not kept up with the social demand.Therefore,we must strengthen the professional development ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and build a group of higher vocational talents leading reform,supporting development,with Chinese characteristics and at the world level who will lead vocational education to serve national strategy,integrate into regional development and promote industrial upgrading.This paper first describes the main contents of the“Double High”education plan,then analyzes the value orientation,logic basis and professional development ability elements of the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of“Double High”education,and finally discusses the development strategies of teachers in higher vocational colleges in the future,hoping to help the further development of education in China.
