摘要
新工科是多学科交织与融合构成的新兴工程学科范畴、新范式和新工科教育等综合内涵。介绍新工科提出的背景和内涵,对当下地方高校对人才分类、引进及评价现状概述,并针对新工科背景下地方高校在人才引进过程中存在的问题和弊端等情况进行分析,以及对当前人才评价存在的问题进行剖析,并对人才引进策略与评价机制方面进行探索与研究。
Emerging Engineering Education is a new category of engineering discipline,a new paradigm and new engineering education and is the product of multi-disciplinary integration.This paper introduces the background and connotation of new engineering,summarizes the current situation of talent classification,introduction and evaluation in local universities,analyzes the problems and disadvantages in the process of talent introduction in local universities under the background of emerging engineering education,analyzes the problems existing in the current talent evaluation,and explores the strategies and evaluation mechanism of talent introduction research.
