社会资本在高校资助育人工作中的探究

Research on Social Capital in the Work of Subsidizing Education in Universities

随着国家资助体系的不断完善,资助力度不断加强,物质匮乏已经不是高校家庭经济困难学生所面临的最大问题,人脉缺乏、能力缺失则是困难生走向社会,实现高质量就业所面临的新难题。提出社会资本对帮助困难生谋求自我发展、摆脱贫困具有关键性意义,因此帮助困难生集聚社会资本是高校资助模式从"保障型"向"发展型"转变的重点之一。从拓展困难生的社会关系网络和提升困难生资本化资源的能力两个方面着手,提出为困难生提供社会资本的主要途径。

With the continuous improvement of the state funding system and the continuous strengthening of funding,the lack of material resources is not the biggest problem faced by college students with financial difficulties,while the lack of social support and ability is a new problem faced by students with financial difficulties to move towards the society and achieve high-quality employment.This paper points out that social capital is of great significance to help the poor students to seek self-development and get rid of poverty.Therefore,helping the poor students to gather social capital is one of the key points in the transformation of university funding mode from“security type”to“development type”.This paper puts forward the main ways to provide social capital for the poor students from two aspects:expanding their social network and improving their access to capitalize resources.
