摘要
本文叙述了森林生态特性以及森林环境对人体健康的积极影响,提出了老年人如何利用森林环境促进健康养老的多种模式。
This article describes the forest ecological characteristics and the positive impact of the forest environment on human health,and proposes a variety of modes for the elderly to use the forest environment to promote healthy elderly care.
