摘要
随着医疗设备的迅速更新发展,临床各疾病的检查方式开始有了新的选择。近年来双源电子计算机断层扫描(DSCT)技术受到的关注越来越多,这一新技术在临床诊断、评估疾病的应用上突破了传统CT的多项技术弊端。本文介绍了DSCT的技术原理及部分功能,如估计组织内的成分及含量、去骨及钙化技术、进行完全同步的双能量CT(DECT)扫描,并对DSCT目前的临床应用做以综述。
With the rapid development of medical equipment,the examination Methods for clinical diseases have begun to have new choices.In recent years,dual-source computed tomography(DSCT)technology has received more and more attention.This new technology has broken through many technical drawbacks of traditional CT in clinical diagnosis and evaluation of diseases.This paper introduces the technical principles and some functions of DSCT,such as estimating the composition and content of tissue,deboning and calcification techniques,performing fully synchronized dual-energy CT(DECT)scanning,and reviewing the current clinical application of DSCT.
