摘要
目的:分析CT-MRI诊断在脑内基底节区对称性低密度诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集我院2018年3月-2020年3月40例患者,其中16例CO中毒、3例霉变甘蔗中毒、6例EB病毒性脑炎、3例维生素B1缺乏、10例肝豆状核变性、2例亚急性坏死性脑脊髓,均对其进行CT-MRI诊断,观察诊断结果。结果:40例患者经CT平扫均检查出双侧基底节区对称性低密度;MRI检查结果显示在T1WI上表现为低信号,在T2WI上表现为高信号。结论:较之CT检查而言,MRI能更为清楚的显示出患者损伤部位,并能掌握上述CT-MRI呈现的疾病范畴,对临床诊断具有重要作用,应用价值较高,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the value of CT-MRI in the diagnosis of symmetrical low density in basal ganglia.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,40 patients in our hospital were collected,including 16 cases of CO poisoning,3 cases of mildew sugarcane poisoning,6 cases of EB viral encephalitis,3 cases of vitamin B1 deficiency,10 cases of hepatolenticular degeneration,2 cases of subacute necrotic encephalospinal cord.CT-MRI diagnosis was carried out and the diagnosis Results were observed.Results in 40 cases,the symmetrical low density of bilateral basal ganglia was found by plain CT scanning,and the low signal was found on T1WI and high signal on T2WI by MRI.Conclusion compared with CT examination,MRI can show the injured part of patients more clearly,and can grasp the disease category of CT-MRI,which has important role in clinical diagnosis,high application value and is worth popularizing.
