摘要 《论语》推许、标树君子,对君子素养进行了阐述和界说,确立了春秋战国时期儒家学派的教育目的,提出“君子病无能焉”“君子思不出其位”“君子欲讷于言而敏于行”“君子学道则爱人”等系列性论断,集中指向君子应具备的“能”“位”“为”“爱”这四种核心素养和品行境界,建构了两千多年来无数志士追求的人格范型。在建设法治社会和推行素质教育的当代中国,《论语》的君子素养观仍有切要的借鉴价值。 The Analects of Confucius praised the examples of Junzi(a man of noble character),expounded and defined the literacy of Junzi,established the educational objective of the Confucian School in the Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period.The Analects proposed series of arguments,for example,“Junzi is ashamed of his incompetence”,“Junzi consider affairs that are not beyond his abilities”,“Junzi is chary in speech but quick in action”,“Junzi learn the morality and then help others”and so on.The direction towards the four core literacies of“ability”,“position”,“behavior”and“love”has constructed the personality paradigm that countless volunteers have pursued for more than two thousand years.In contemporary China that is building legal society and promoting quality education,Junzi’s view of literacy in The Analects still has its own value for reference.
