摘要
南方学前高等师范教育是我国学前高等师范教育的缩影,它是由多个地区、多所学校的多种学科汇集而成的结果,更是众多幼教前辈共同努力的结晶。其来源主要有四个方面:南京大学师范学院幼稚教育系、金陵大学儿童福利系、广州岭南大学社会学系儿童福利组和上海私立震旦大学托儿工作专修科。通过历史梳理发现,南方学前高等师范教育的发展主要呈现出以下特点:幼教先辈引领下顺时而变的发展轨迹;“学—做—研—用”四位一体的教学体系;专业发展与服务社会相结合的培养目标;兼具国内外视野的幼教师资队伍。
The preschool higher normal education in the south is the miniature of the preschool highernormal education in our country. It is the result of a variety of disciplines from many regions and schools,and the crystallization of the joint efforts of many preschool predecessors. There are four representativeorganizations: Department of Early Childhood Education in Teachers College of Nanjing University,Department of Child Welfare in Jinling University, Specialized Department of Childcare in ShanghaiAurora College, and Child Welfare Group of Guangzhou Lingnan University. Through the historicalresearch, it is found that the development of preschool higher normal education in southern China mainlyshows the following characteristics: the development was led by predecessors and changed with time;theteaching system was integrated by “learning, doing, researching and using”;the training goal combinedprofessional development and serving the society;and the teaching staff of preschool education had bothdomestic and foreign perspectives.
