新中国学生资助的历史回顾与反思

新中国成立后,为了发展人民的教育事业,即开始探索符合自身国情的学生资助体系。从初期公平优先的供给制、公费制和人民助学金制,到今日公平效率有机统一的全员参与、全程监督、全域覆盖、全面发展的学生资助政策新体系,无不反映出社会主义社会学生资助的先进性与人民性。纵观70多年来的学生资助,投入力度不断加大,制度保障不断加强,管理机构不断完善,精准程度不断推进。就其工作及其事业而言,虽然存在某些不足,但取得了举世瞩目的成就,从而筑牢民族复兴和腾飞的千秋基业。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,to develop people’s education cause,the student aid system that suits the national condition has been explored.From the supply system,public expense system and people’s financial aid system with priority to fairness in the early days to the new system of student financial assistance system with the organic and unified participation,whole-process supervision,all-area coverage and comprehensive development of fairness and efficiency,the advancement and popularity of student financial aid in socialist society have been reflected.Throughout the 70 years of student aid,investment has been steadily increased,the system guarantee is continuously strengthened,the management organization is constantly improved,and the precision degree is constantly promoted.In terms of the work and business of student aid,although there are some shortcomings,but it has made remarkable achievements,and laid the foundation of national rejuvenation and take-off for the future.
