摘要
校本教研应是当前乡村教师素质提高的重要路径。由于乡村学校发展的历史原因,以及大量优秀人才流动到优质的城区学校后,乡村学校形成了自我封闭的校本教研文化,即教师对校本教研的自我效能感高,但校本教研的内容、方式、管理机制等方面都处于原初的自我状态,缺乏理论指导、顶层设计、生态机制和民主氛围。为了改进乡村教师校本教研的现状,乡村学校、区域教研部门、各级教育主管部门和培训机构应当发挥管理、指导、引导和示范的作用。
School-based teaching research should be an important way to improve rural teachers teaching method and ability.However,due to the historical reasons for the development of rural schools and the flow of a large number of outstanding talents to high-quality urban schools,rural schools have formed a kind of self-enclosed research atmosphere,that is,compared with teachers’high academic self-efficacy,the content,mode,management mechanism and other aspects of school-based teaching research still remain surprisingly primitive,which is expressed in lacking theoretical guidance,top-level design,ecology mechanism and democratic atmosphere.In order to improve the current situation of school-based teaching research of rural teachers,rural schools,regional teaching and research departments,relative education authorities and training institutions should play an important role in management,guidance and demonstration.
