高等院校非师范生教学技能实训模式探索--以济宁学院为例

摘要 通过对济宁学院非师范生申请中小学教师资格证认定现状的调查分析,发现非师范生在教师资格考试中面试答辩通过率较低。为提高学生面试技能,在济宁学院非师范生的相关课程中进行课程教改试验,增加实践环节分量并加强理论与实践的衔接。通过"新课改专题讲座、教学技能实训、面试技巧实训"的结合,构建非师范生教学技能实训体系,显著提高非师范生教学技能的实训效果,使非师范生教师资格考试通过率逐年提高,课改成果有助于国家进一步思考和完善非师范生教师教育培养模式。以此提出增加非师范生教育相关的实训课时、享用学校教师教育教学资源、开拓教育实习基地等可操作建议。 Through the investigation and analysis of the status of non-normal students applying for the qualification certification of primary and secondary school teachers in Jining University,it is found that the non-normal students have a low pass rate of interview defense in the teacher qualification exam.We have carried out the teaching reform experiment in the related courses of non-normal students in the whole school to increase the weight of practice links and strengthen the connection between theory and practice.Through the combination of"special lectures on new curriculum reform,teaching skills training,and interview skills training",a training system for non-normal students’teaching skills has been constructed,which has significantly improved the training effect of non-normal students’teaching skills and make the passing rate of non-normal teachers’qualification examination increase year by year.The results of the curriculum reform will help the country to further think about and improve the training model for non-normal students,and put forward practical suggestions such as increasing the practical training hours for non-normal student education,enjoying school teachers’teaching resources,and developing educational practice bases.
