基于多维目标的展示用服装人台开发研究

Research on window mannequin design based on multi-dimensional objectives

为更好控制展示用服装人台产品开发中的设计质量和功能质量问题,文章基于质量功能配置理论进行了人台开发研究与实践。首先通过文献梳理,认为当前展示用人台产品开发主要存在多元化不足、文化内涵较弱、评价方式不够完善三类问题。其次,构建出多目标服装人台开发与评价模型,进而通过一个实践案例进行阐释。结果显示:通过多元参数关系矩阵构建、参数转化、设计要素提取、竞争方案评价四个阶段,能够快速完成产品开发任务、客观反映产品质量;通过该模型所开发出的新产品相比于现有产品,在综合质量上也取得了明显改善与提升。

In order to make a better control of the design quality and function quality of window mannequin in the development process,this paper conducts the research and practice of mannequin development based on the theory of quality function deployment.Firstly,through literature review,it is believed that there are mainly three problems in the mannequin design,including insufficient diversity,weak cultural meanings and imperfect evaluation methods.Secondly,a multi-objective mannequin design and evaluation model is constructed,and then its reliability is tested by a case.It shows that through a four-phase design which consists of constructing parameter relation matrix,transforming parameters,extracting design elements and evaluating competition schemes,the design task can be completed fast,and the quality of new designed products can be reflected quickly.Compared with existing products,the new products developed through the proposed model have been improved significantly.
