«周礼»所见两周丝织品管理类职官考论

A textual research on the official of silk management in Western Zhoudynasty and Eastern Zhou dynasty as seen in Zhou-Li

周王朝构建有一套制度完善、人员众多的与丝织品相关的职官体系。文章综合运用历史研究法、文献研究法对《周礼》中记载的与丝织品有关的职官进行了考证。研究认为:《周礼》中较为明显的与丝织品相关的职官计有40余种,这些职官大体上可分为使用管理、生产织造管理、征收保管管理、监督管理等,各类职官既分工明确,又相互合作,并有严格的考核制度进行监管督促。《周礼》中所设置的丝织品职官体系促进了社会崇尚丝织品礼俗的形成,推动了当时丝织生产的发展,为历代封建王朝丝织品管理机构的设置提供了范本。

The Zhou dynasty established a set of perfect official system related to silk fabrics involving numerous personnel.This paper makes a textual research on the officials related to silk fabrics recorded in Zhou-Li by using the methods of historical research and literature research.The study holds that,there are more than 40 official posts related to silk in Zhou-Li.Generally speaking,these officers can be divided into use management,production and weaving management,collection and storage management,and supervision management,etc.All kinds of officials had clear division of labor and cooperated with each other,and there was a strict examination system to supervise them.The official system of silk fabrics set up in Zhou-Li promoted the formation of social custom of worshipping silk fabrics,promoted the development of silk industry at that time,and provided a model for the establishment of silk fabrics management institutions in feudal dynasties.
