摘要
智能时代,传统学科研究范式已然无法再度发力,必须开展以"问题解决"为起点、以"跨界合作"为手段、以"整合融生"为方式、以"知行合一"为旨归的跨学科研究,才能切实推进职业教育的结构优化、质量提升、创新实现、服务升级,最终建成具有"中国气质""时代气韵""职业情怀"和"人文关怀"的现代职业教育体系。但当前仍存在课题立项难、方法确立难、团队耦合难、成果转化难等问题,直接影响着职业教育跨学科研究的广度、深度、持续性和有效性。智能时代,应从以下方面加以推进:创新制度建设,提升跨学科生态系统的共生性;革新研究方法,增强跨学科方法运用的科学性;搭建智慧平台,提高跨学科团队合作的耦合度;打造新型智库,推进跨学科研究成果的产业化。
In the era of artificial intelligence,the paradigm of traditional discipline research has been unable to re-launch.The interdisciplinary research must be carried out.Take“problem solving”as the starting point,“cross-field cooperation”as the means,“integration”as the way of knowledge generation,and“the unity of knowledge and practice”as the aim.Only in this way can we improve the structure,innovation,quality and service of vocational education,and finally build a modern vocational education system.However,there are still some problems,such as difficult project establishment,difficult method establishment,difficult team coupling,difficult achievement transformation and so on,which directly affect the breadth,depth,persistence and effectiveness of interdisciplinary research in vocational education.So,we need to innovate the institutional system to enhance the symbiosis of interdisciplinary ecosystem;Update the research methods to standardize the application of interdisciplinary methods;Build an intelligent platform to improve the coupling of interdisciplinary team cooperation;Create a new type of think tank to promote the industrialization of interdisciplinary research results.
