摘要
旅游作为第三产业,对国家经济发展和文化发扬十分重要。针对当前资源整合相关方法存在整合准确率和整合后数据利用率低的问题,提出基于SVM的智慧旅游时空数据库资源一体化整合方法。分别利用三维激光扫描技术、三维全景拍摄技术和GPS技术采集旅游空间数据,对采集到的数据实行格式的转换、数据坐标体系的统一、地理编码、消除数据采集误差和精度检验等操作,完成旅游空间数据的采集和处理。结合旅游历史时间数据和采集处理过的空间数据,依据旅游六大要素构建旅游时空数据库资源初步整合体系,基于所建体系给出理想数据库资源整合方案量化表达式。引入SVM理论,设定训练数据样本,并给出旅游资源最优整合方案求解的约束条件,通过Lagrange函数将求解问题转换为二次规划问题的求解,将转换结果与整合方案量化结果结合,得到智慧旅游时空数据库资源最优整合方案。实验结果表明,上述方法资源整合准确率和实现后旅游资源利用率均较高,合理性强。
Tourist industry is crucial for development of national economy and flourish of culture. Resources integration accuracy and data utilization ratio after integration of current method are low. Therefore, this research presents an integration method of spatial-temporal database of smart tourism based on SVM. Three-dimensional laser scan, three-dimensional panorama shot, and GPS were used to collect tourist special data. Format conversion, unification of data coordinate system, geographic encoding, elimination of data collection error, and accuracy test were carried out for the collected data to complete the collection and treatment of the tourist special data. Integrated with the tourist historical time data and the collected and processed data, initial integration system of spatial-temporal database resource was built according to six tourist factors. Based on the built system, quantified expression of integration plan of ideal database resource was provided. The SVM was introduced. Training data sample was set and constraint condition of the optimal integration plan solving was provided. The solving problem was converted to solution of quadratic programming problem via Lagrange function. The converted result was integrated with the quantified result of integration plan and the optimal integration plan of the spatial-temporal database was obtained. Simulation results show that the method has high integration accuracy and resource utilization ratio. The rationality is high.
