摘要
液压挖掘机的散热性能直接影响整机的作业效率与使用寿命,热交换介质的热平衡温度是关键衡量指标。针对虚拟样机阶段难于准确评判散热性能的问题,利用传热学理论,建立了散热系统热交换的理论模型,通过热平衡试验标定了散热系统的热负荷、介质流量、进风温度等关键参数,结合MATLAB自主开发了GUI程序,获得了理论计算的各介质热平衡温度,与热平衡试验结果的最大偏差为2.0℃,在工程许可的5%误差范围以内,验证了热交换模型与正向设计方法的正确性。
The cooling performance of the hydraulic excavator effectsthe working efficiency and life-spandirectly.Heat-balancetemperatureof the heat exchange medium is the key measurement evaluation index.In view of the problem that it is difficult to quantify the cooling performance accurately at the virtualmodelstage.The theoretical model of heat exchange for the cooling system is established using the heat transfer theory.Then the key parameters are calibrated byheat-balance test,such as heat load,medium flow,and inlet temperature.The independentGUI program was developed based on MATLAB,and the theoretical temperature of each medium was obtained.The maximum deviation from the thermal equilibrium to test results was 2.0 degree,which was within the 5%error range of the engineeringpermit.The correctness of heat exchange model and forward design method are verified.
