异形曲面的逆向设计与五轴加工技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 不规则曲面的设计与加工技术一直是工程领域探索的重要课题。以结构复杂的“双头狼”模型为研究对象,运用三维扫描仪及Geomagic Wrap软件采集模型数据,并通过Geomagic Design X软件完成逆向参数化建模;由于该模型结构复杂,难以在三轴及四轴机床上完成加工;因此,通过数控编程软件Hypermill编写五轴加工程序,并进行了机床仿真加工,对仿真结果进行了机床实际加工试验。试验表明,加工样件与研究模型误差不超过0.06 mm,满足工程需求,同时表明,Hypermill软件编写的五轴数控程序具有加工精度高、安全性好的优点;逆向工程与五轴技术的融合,对工程中不规则曲面的创新设计具有积极意义。 The design and processing technology of complex surfaces has always been an important topic in the field of engineering.In this paper,the complex double-headed wolf model is used as the research object.The model data is collected by using 3D scanner and Geomagic Wrap software,and the reverse parametric modeling is completed by Geomagic Design X software.Due to the complex structure of the model,it is difficult to complete the machining on the three-axis and four-axis machine tools.Therefore,the five-axis machining program is programmed by the numerical control programming software Hypermill,and the machine tool simulation processing is carried out.The actual machining test of the machine tool is carried out on the simulation results.The test shows that the error between the processed sample and the research model does not exceed 0.06 mm,which meets the engineering requirements.It also shows that the five-axis NC program written by Hypermill software has the advantages of high processing precision and good safety;the integration of reverse engineering and five-axis technology,It has positive significance for the innovative design of complex surfaces in engineering.
