摘要
针对某手动转向踏板式搬运车使用过程中转向力变大的问题,提出了一种搬运车转向系统强化测试的方案,通过试验测试和理论分析,对转向大轴承游隙进行了改进设计,同时增加了降低驱动电机温度的散热风扇,并通过实际测试验证,发现效果显著,解决了转向力变大的问题。
According to the problem for increasing steering force of a manual steering pedal truck in use,a scheme of intensified test for steering system of truck is proposed.Through a test and theoretical analysis,the optimum design of clearance of steering bearing is carried out,and a cooling fan is added to reduce the temperature of the driving motor.Through the actual test and verification,the problem of steering force increasing was solved and the effect is remarkable.
