大学生社会适应能力是社会关注的热点问题之一。由于经济、教育、个体等原因的综合影响,大学生情绪智力较低,主要表现在自我认识能力、抗压能力、自我约束及激励能力不强以及自我中心主义色彩明显,以至于不能准确认识、了解并且快速有效地适应社会环境。研究表明,在现有教育、经济环境下,传统的家庭、学校教育理念及模式重视智力教育而忽略最基本的道德、情绪教育,造成大学生综合素质能力不高,是导致大学生社会适应能力较低的主要原因。因此,加强“四位一体”教育是提升高校大学生社会适应能力的正确路径。
