摘要
目的:为校园足球运动的发展提高青少年身体健康提供实证依据,进而为中小学校园足球的可持续发展提供理论依据。研究对象:全国校园足球特色学校徐州市第三十四中学附属小学的校园足球兴趣社团,研究方法:选用了主要是数学统计、教学实验干预等。通过对学生参与校园足球社团活动前后的心理变化的研究,总结出足球运动对学生身体健康发展产生的影响。研究结果:学生通过参加校园足球运动后,身体自尊各方面都有提高,尤其在身体价值、身体活动、速度和耐力等七个维度上存在显著差异。
The research object of this paper is the campus football interest club affiliated to the primary school of xuzhou no.34 middle school,which is a national characteristic school of campus football.The research methods are mainly mathematical statistics and teaching experiment intervention.By studying the psychological changes of students before and after participating in campus football club activities,the author summarizes the influence of football on students'healthy development.After the analysis,the following results were obtained:students'physical self-esteem improved in all aspects after participating in campus football,especially in the seven dimensions of physical value,physical activity,speed and endurance.
