摘要
考虑到数字普惠金融发展水平的省际差异与省际可能存在的空间溢出效应,选择空间杜宾模型实证分析了我国数字普惠金融的发展水平对城乡收入差距的影响。结果显示,数字普惠金融的发展有缩小城乡收入差距的作用,且存在空间溢出效应,即数字普惠金融发展程度越高的省份,城乡收入差距越小;而邻接省份的数字普惠金融发展程度越高,则本省的城乡收入差距越大。但是,由于数字普惠金融发挥的作用力度有限,因此,应进一步推动数字普惠金融的发展,激发其巨大优势。同时还发现,相邻省份之间虽然在要素资源方面存在竞争,但存在着发达省份带动周边欠发达省份发展的现象,因此,可以鼓励相邻省份间开展合作,缓解省际资源挤占现象,提高区域经济增长质量,实现区域协同发展。
Considering the inter-provincial differences in the development level of digital inclusive finance and the possible spatial spillover effects among provinces,a spatial dobbin model is selected to empirically analyze the impact of China’s development level of digital inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap.The results show that the development of digital inclusive finance plays a role in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas,and there is a spatial spillover effect,that is,the higher the development level of digital inclusive finance,the smaller the income gap between urban and rural areas,but the higher the development level of digital inclusive finance in neighboring provinces,the greater the income gap between urban and rural areas in this province;that due to the limited force exerted by digital inclusive finance,it is necessary to further promote the development of digital inclusive finance and stimulate its huge advantages;and that there is not only competition in factor resources between neighboring provinces,but also the phenomenon of developed provinces driving the development of neighboring underdeveloped provinces.Therefore,cooperation between neighboring provinces can be encouraged to alleviate the crowding out of provincial resources,improve the quality of regional economic growth and realize regional coordinated development.
