Design and Implementation of Geographic Information Acquisition System for Accurate Poverty Alleviation Based on Crowdsourcing

在国家高度重视扶贫工作的大背景下,结合城市扶贫工作实际需求,采用地理信息管理和互联网思维形式,以扶贫建档立卡数据为基础,采用众包的模式充分发动当地扶贫工作人员,基于地理信息公共服务平台高清遥感影像数据,设计与实现精准扶贫地理信息采集系统,在线采集贫困户精准空间信息和实地照片,实现贫困户的精确查询、客观管理,为城市精准扶贫提供参考和依据。

Under the background that the state attaches great importance to poverty alleviation,this study combines the actual needs of urban poverty alleviation work,using the geographic information and the internet thinking,based on the data of poverty record,which uses the crowdsourcing model to fully mobilize local aid-the-poor workers basing on the high-definition remote sensing images of geographic information public service platform which we can collect the accurate spatial information and photos of the poverty-stricken household.Develop the accurate poverty alleviation GIS system,which manages the accurate poverty alleviation by the more scientific and technological mean,and provides the reference and basis for accurate urban poverty alleviation.
