基于地理国情监测的宁安森林、湿地资源变化分析

Changing Analysis of Forest Land and Wetland in Ning'an Based on Geographical Situation Monitoring

地理国情监测是我国近年来开展的一项具有常态化特点的自然资源与地表覆盖要素变化监测工作,其成果可以用于统计分析特定要素的变化量、变化频率、分布特征及变化趋势,为政府、企业和社会各界提供真实可靠和准确权威的地理国情信息。本文以黑龙江省宁安市为实验区域,利用多期地理国情监测成果对森林、湿地资源进行逐期提取,通过当期遥感影像数据,对宁安森林与湿地资源变化进行分析,利用本实验区的森林与湿地资源变化分析挖掘地理国情监测数据在森林、湿地等自然资源变化监测方面的适用范围与适用条件,为自然资源变化监测的专项调查提供重要的借鉴意义。

Geographical national condition monitoring is a long-term and normalized monitoring work of natural resources and land cover elements in China in recent years.Its results have the advantages of statistical analysis of the changes in specific factors,frequency of change,distribution characteristics and trends of change,so as to further provide the government,enterprises and society with reliable and accurate geographic information.The paper takes Ning'an City of Heilongjiang Province as an example,obtaining forest land and wetland resources based on monitoring results of geographical conditions,analyzing the Ning'an forest land and wetland change based on the comparison images of front and back images.Through analyzing the Ning'an forest land and wetland change,it shows necessity and feasibility that using the geographic conditions monitoring data in the nationwide woodlands,wetlands and other natural resource degradation management work,and it provides important reference value for special survey of the degradation of natural resources.
