摘要
本项目基于多元遥感卫星影像和地理国情普查等数据,选用SSM基本开发框架,进行一站式数据和信息服务界面(Portal)的设计,形成一个具有遥感影像数据汇聚管理、用户安全管理、工作流管理、用户订单管理的黑龙江省林业碳汇与碳储量遥感监测与评估平台。探索基于遥感进行碳储量和碳汇相关工作准业务化运行模式,为实现林业碳储量、碳汇遥感监测与评估提供技术支撑。
Based on the data of multi-remote sensing satellite images and geographic survey,this project chooses the basic development framework of SSM,designs a one-stop data and information service interface(Portal),and forms a remote sensing monitoring and evaluation of forest carbon reserves and carbon trading in Heilongjiang Province with remote sensing image data aggregation management,user safety management,workflow management and user order management.To explore quasi-operational operation mode of carbon storage and carbon sink related work based on remote sensing,and provide technical support for monitoring and evaluating forest carbon storage and carbon sink by remote sensing.
