鹤岗市城市部件普查技术方法研究与实践

Research and Practice of Hegang Urban Component Census Technology

数字城市是城市建设的发展方向,利用信息技术推动城市高质量发展、科学化管理乃大势所趋。为加快数字城市建设进程,提高城市管理及服务水平,黑龙江省一些地市现正构建数字城市管理平台。城市部件普查作为数字城市管理平台建设的关键环节,为其提供基础数据支撑。本文以鹤岗市城市部件普查及数据库建设项目为例,研究了一套底图制作、位置采集、属性调查、数据入库处理的技术路线与方法,重点介绍了针对该项目研发的基于Android平板端普查工具及PC端数据处理软件的功能实现,极大提升了外业普查及内业数据处理效率,对今后此类项目的开展具有较高的推广价值。

Digital city is the development direction of urban construction,using information technology to promote high-quality urban development and scientific management is the general trend.Some cities in Heilongjiang Province are building digital city management platforms to accelerate the process of digital city construction and improve the level of city management and services.Urban component census as a key link in the construction of digital city management platform,providing basic data support for it.This article takes the urban component census and database construction project in Hegang City as an example,studies a set of production and reproduction location,property investigation,data warehousing processing technical route and method,focused on the implementation of the Android tablet-side census tool and PC-side data processing software developed for this project,greatly improved the efficiency of field census and internal data processing,and has a higher promotion value for the development of such projects in the future.
