刍议黑龙江省信息化测绘体系建设

Opinions on Construction of Informationization Surveying and Mapping System in Heilongjiang Province

结合我国信息化测绘体系的顶层设计和发展现状,重点阐述了黑龙江省信息化测绘体系建设的总体设计、发展历程、技术支撑、重大工程、机制保障等特色工作。同时,在自然资源部组建的新时代背景下,针对信息化测绘向智能化测绘的转变、信息化测绘融入自然资源信息化等新工作要求提出了几点探索性建议。

This article mainly introduces highlight works such as total design,development,technology support,major projects,guarantee mechanism and so on during the construction of informationization surveying and mapping in Heilongjiang Province,which has learned from the top design and status of national system.Meanwhile,in the background of new organization of Ministry of Natural Resources,it also gives several proposals in view of the new requirements of the transition from informationization to intelligence of surveying and mapping and the resolution of informationization between surveying and mapping and natural resources.
