摘要
近年来,随着我国国民经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的上升,我国的城市化进程逐渐加快。土地资源承载力作为对区域土地发展限度的评价,在城市化开发规划与人口评估中起到了定量分析与明确上限的作用。本文以哈尔滨市市辖区为研究区,考虑了多种因素,建立了评价土地资源承载力的方法和系统。以Landsat-8 OLI遥感影像、哈尔滨市道路河流矢量地图、哈尔滨市坡度数据为数据源,分析得出哈尔滨市市辖区土地承载力值为5.89,表明该地区具有一定的土地开发潜力,人口发展容量数约为5286.16万人,可承载大量外来人口。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's national economy and the rise of people's living standards,China's urbanization process is gradually accelerating.As an evaluation of regional land development limits,land resources carrying capacity plays a role of quantitative analysis and definite upper limit in urbanization development planning and population evaluation.In this paper,Harbin municipal district as the research area,taking into account a variety of factors,established a method and system to evaluate the carrying capacity of land resources.Based on Landsat-8 OLI remote sensing images,vector maps of roads and rivers in Harbin and slope data of Harbin,the carrying capacity of land in Harbin municipality is 5.89,which indicates that the area has certain potential for land development.The population development capacity is about 52.8616 million,which can carry a large number of immigrants.
