Discussion on Local Content Examination of Public Maps

在梳理相关政策法规和技术标准,总结实践经验的基础上,针对地方公开地图内容审查,介绍了省级和市级审查权限,归纳了5项审查内容和4类审查依据,提出了三审制审查流程和3种审查方法,以黑龙江省为例阐述了审查技术要点,提出了改进工作的建议,供制定相关管理制度或技术标准参考。

Based on policies,regulations,standard and practice experience of local content examination of public maps,this paper introduces the provincial and municipal examination permissions,sums up the five examination contents and four kinds of examination rule,puts forward the three-level examination process and three examination methods,expounds the technical points in Heilongjiang province for example,puts forward some suggestions for improving,provide reference for formulating relevant management system or technical standard.
