摘要
为优化人力资源配置,提升生产管理水平,充分发挥流域各电站的综合经济效益,国内各大流域梯级电站依托集控中心信息化系统建设及大数据应用,积极推行水电站“无人值班、少人值守”管控模式[1],这对水电站的自动化水平和水机保护的可靠性提出了更高的要求。以金沙江中游流域梨园水电站为例,对水机保护配置及逻辑进行分析,找出存在的不足,并有针对性地提出优化方案,使水机保护更安全、稳定、可靠,满足水电站“无人值班、少人值守”管控模式要求。
In order to optimize the allocation of human resources,improve the level of production management and give full play to the comprehensive economic benefits of the power stations in river basin,the cascade power stations in China actively promote the management and control mode of“unattended and less attended”relying on the construction of information system of centralized control center and the application of big data,which puts forward higher requirements for automation level of hydropower stations and reliability of water turbine protection.Taking Liyuan hydropower station in the middle reaches of Jinsha River as an example,this paper analyzes the configuration and logic of water turbine protection,finds out the existing shortcomings,and puts forward the optimization scheme to make the water turbine protection more safe,stable and reliable,and meet the requirements of“unattended and less attended”management and control mode of hydropower station.
